1. Open your invite email from RingCentral and click Activate.

2. Create your password & PIN, then follow the prompts to finish account setup. RingCentral Support

3. Sign in to the desktop, mobile, or web app with your company email and password. RingCentral Support

Where to find them (desktop/web app):

1. Open Phone → History (or Recordings).

2. Click a call with a recording → use the Play controls.

3. Click Download to save as .mp3.
