Find phone numbers & emails

SalesOS web app — People Search (best for building targeted lists)

  1. Log in to ZoomInfo SalesOS and go to People.

  2. In the left sidebar, add your targeting:

    • Company / Industry / Employee size (optional)

    • Job Title / Function / Seniority

    • Geography (e.g., United States, state, metro)

  3. Under Contact Info, turn on filters like Has Email, Has Direct Phone, Has Mobile Phone to prioritize records with contact details.

  4. Click a contact result to view available business email, mobile, direct dial, and company HQ numbers.

  5. Save promising contacts to a List (select contacts → Add to List) so you can export or sync in one go.

  6. Export / Sync your list (e.g., CSV or CRM/engagement tools) depending on your plan & permissions. YouTube+2YouTube+2

2) ReachOut Chrome Extension — on LinkedIn & company websites (fast, in-flow)

  1. Install the official ZoomInfo Chrome Extension (ReachOut) from the Chrome Web Store → Add to Chrome → Pin it.

  2. Sign in to the extension with your ZoomInfo credentials.

  3. On LinkedIn (profile or search results) or a company’s website, click the ZoomInfo button to surface available emails and phone numbers for the person or company you’re viewing.

  4. Use the extension actions to copy, save to a ZoomInfo List, or push the contact to your connected tools (Salesforce, Outreach, HubSpot, etc., depending on your setup). Chrome Web Store+1
     

3) Company-first workflow — find a firm, then the right people

  1. In SalesOS, search the Company first and open its profile.

  2. Click Employees (or People at this company) and add filters for department, titles, location, plus Contact Info (Has Email/Mobile/Direct).

  3. Open contact cards to view emails & numbers, then save to a List or export/sync as needed. YouTube

Exporting your contacts (CSV or integrations)

  • After you build a list, use Export to CSV (if enabled on your plan) or Sync/Push to your CRM or engagement platform. If you don’t see CSV, your admin may limit exports to integrations only.
