Outlook on the web (and the new Outlook for Windows)
The new Outlook for Windows uses the same signature pane as Outlook on the web.

• Open Outlook → click the gear (Settings) → Mail → Compose and reply.

• Under Email signature, click New signature, name it Rylem.

• Paste the template.

• Format: set font/size, bold your name. (refer to screenshot)

  • First name and last name | Title | Rylem

  • Direct: direct phone number | Rylem email

  • 600 1st Ave Ste 102 PMB 1184, Seattle WA 98104  

  • "Rylem Logo"

• Under Choose default signatures, pick Rylem for For New Messages only 

• Click Save.
